Once Jobs-Us understands the needs of the hiring company, we start the process of matching the hiring company's needs with the candidate's background and desires.
Since Jobs-us is working both for the hiring company and the potential employee, Jobs-us tries to be sure to match both employee's desires and the employer's needs.
If it is a traditional or contract placement, Jobs-us works with both the potential employee and employer to determine a fair offer. Jobs-us will be involved as needed for any negotiations required between the candidate and hiring manager

CANDIDATE Process
Jobs-US.Info starts by becoming familiar with the candidate's future goals, past experience and financial requirements.
Jobs-US' goal is to a match the needs of the candidate's with the client's.
Once Jobs-US identifies a match, the position is then discussed with the candidate. If the candidate is interested, Jobs-US then presents the resume to the potential employer.
If it is a traditional or contract placement, Jobs-US stays actively involved in the interview schedule and job offer process.
