Sales Positions Pneumatic Territory Manager About the Job: A large "Pneumatic" distributor is seeking a qualified candidate for their South East Territory. A large Distributor serving the South East market with Industrial Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electrical Motion Control/Automation systems and components. They have a broad product offering representing many Industry leading Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Fluid Power & Motion Control/Automation manufacturers. They specialize in application design and engineering, fabrication and system integration of these components with concentration on providing our customers with optimal technical, profitable and productive solutions. Qualified Pneumatic Sales candidates are: Individuals who have sales experience with a proven successful territory and technical understanding of the Pneumatic/Hydraulic industry with knowledge of the market, products and systems. And/Or Individuals with a Pneumatic Certification or Technical Degree with knowledge of Pneumatic, Hydraulics, Fluid Power, Electrical Motion Control/Automation components, system design, calculations and applications who have the desire to learn and succeed in a technical sales support role. Responsibilities of Pneumatic Sales Reps: Responsible for growth development and account maintenance of the South East Territory and meeting annual gross profit objectives. You will have the responsibility to examine the market and competitive conditions to execute productive sales calls utilizing technical expertise and selling knowledge to identify product applications and specify Pneumatic, Hydraulics, Fluid Power and Electrical Motion Control / Automation components and systems. You will be required to build customer relationships, identify customer?s needs, provide technical assistance and offer solutions by introducing new products and systems. You will work as part of a customer care team and the you will be supported with knowledgeable inside sales and engineering personnel to help you achieve your Territory Objectives. Requirements for Pneumatic Sales Reps: Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years sales experience in the Pneumatic, Hydraulics, Fluid Power and/or Electrical Motion Control/Automation Industry with technical abilities or a Fluid Power or Electrical Motion Control/Automation technical degree or certification. Must have account Management Skills including prospecting, qualification, presentation and closing selling techniques. The individual will be success entrepreneurial oriented, a self-starter and possess good written and verbal communication skills. Overnight travel is required.
